Suna Cross Keskin was born in Ankara in 1968. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 1989.

After graduation, he started to work at Garanti Bank as Assistant Financial Analysis Specialist. Subsequently, he worked as Commercial Branch Marketing Director, Commercial Area Marketing Manager and Branch Manager, respectively. During his time working in the region, he helped portfolio teams in tracking the goals of the region and branches and determining sales strategies to achieve these goals. He provided marketing support by taking part in customer visits with portfolio teams.

During his branch management, he took part in the "Branch Sales and Strategy Project" and "Compass Project" by Mc Kinsey as a pilot branch and became the first implementer of these projects in the bank and shared his experiences and organized orientation workshops for the successful implementation of the projects throughout the bank.

During his tenure at Garanti, he gave training on pricing and profitability, balance sheet management, financial analysis and sales as an Internal Trainer. During his branch managements, he mentored candidate managers at the "assessment" stage and new branch managers.

During his banking career, he worked as a Branch Manager for a total of 17 years in Retail, Mixed and Commercial Branches. In the last 5 years of the branch office, he also served as an expert at the Istanbul Courthouse and spoke to many files. He joined the Arma family since 2016 and started training.

She attended the "Employee Psychology Understanding and Motivation Training" of the Psychologists and Psychiatrists Association and received a certificate. He is also a member of a book club and is happy to contribute to his personal development with the readings he made in different fields of interest.

Suna is the mother of 21-year-old Fulya.
