Selin completed her high school education at Sakıp Sabancı Anatolian High School. She was graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics Department of Econometrics and simultaneously from Anadolu University Public Relations Department in 2003. As of 2019, she started her associate degree education in Anadolu University 'Social Media Management' department.

 

In 2004, she started to work for Yapi Kredi Ban  in Retail Banking. After 3 years in this role she started to work for SME segment. 1 year later Selin was transferred to Turk Ekonomi Bank and started to work for the SME business line.

 

She worked for various branches in this bank like Istanbul Osmanbey, Şişli, Maçka and Maslak branches. During this period she also was one of the SME Coaches of the bank. She offered consultancy solutions to the companies applied for this service. She designed and delivered several projects that were ranked within the bank on counseling and guidance services for SMEs. In Turk Ekonomi Bank she also worked as an internal trainer on topics like Sales and Business Development. She was also specialized in Digital Banking, Enterprise Banking, Women's Banking by taking part in various product development projects. Her success story was published on TEB SME TV by winning the first prize in sales and data usage between 2015-2016. She was also selected as "high performer" in her role and accepted in Branch Manager Training Program.

 

Selin, born in 1981, ended his active banking career as of 2017 and continues to work as a Banking-Finance Expert, SME Consultant and has been working as a facilitator at Arma since  2019. She also provides mentoring and training support to women entrepreneurs on a voluntary basis.
