NURAY FİLİZ
Nuray graduated from the Banking High School in Germany in 1990 and then received a bachelor's degree on the same subject from Uludağ University. Nuray, started working as a Management Trainee in Pamukbank in 1993 and worked in various branches within the Corporate Marketing team.
After Pamukbank, Nuray worked in various branches of Osmanlı Bank, Tekstil Bank and Alternatif Bank, respectively, and worked with SME, Commercial and Corporate banking customers both as a specialist and a manager.
She took a break in 2002 and started banking-oriented sales, marketing, credit evaluation and risk management trainings in many banks with her own training company.
Returning to banking in 2007, Nuray first worked as a Branch Manager for 4 years at Finansbank. She then worked in Istanbul Anatolian Regional Office as the Loans Regional Manager and retired from this position in 2013.
While working as a branch manager, she received her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, followed by a master's degree in Psychology at the same university. Currently, her phd study in psychology is on progress.
Nuray spent 14 years of her 23 years of banking experience as a manager, and after her banking experience she designed the Active Passive Management, Balance Sheet Reading, Customer Satisfaction (CRM) and Consumer Behavior programs in the undergraduate and graduate departments of Yeditepe University Business Administration Department and has given numerous courses.
Since her retirement, Nuray has also provided consultancy to companies on performance systems, financial management and restructuring, budgeting, cash management, asset liability management and financial reporting applications.
Nuray, speaks German and English, continues her journey with Arma family, where she joined in early 2018.
