MURAT MUHURDAROGLU
Murat Muhurdaroglu was graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Business Administration in 1994. He joined Garanti Bank's Management Trainee Program same year.
In the first year of his business life, he took part in the project team formed for the structuring program in retail banking that the bank carried out with McKinsey. After completing the pilot phase of the project and its implementation, he left the bank to fulfill his military service.
After the military service, he returned back to Garanti and started to work within the Commercial Banking Marketing team, within the Regional Directorate. For the next couple of years he worked at various branches before becoming the Regional Director at Garanti Insurance, a subsidiary of the Bank.
During this period, he worked on the determination of the sales strategies and targets of the bank sales channels and the coordination of the sales staff. During his tenure at Garanti, he delivered training programs on pricing and profitability, products and sales as an internal trainer.
In 2007, he joined Dale Carnegie after completing the facilitator certification program and assumed the role of the Director of Training in Turkish franchise office. Murat designed training and development programs to meet the needs of many companies, delivered Turkish and English training programs on leadership, strategic management, sales, presentation skills. Murat was also responsible for the development of the trainers of the franchise. In early 2011, he founded Arma and has been delivering workshops on leadership, strategic management, sales, communication, presentation, emotional intelligence, train the trainers, and moderating panels and search conferences at Arma Learning and Consultancy Solutions, since then.
In 2011, he completed the International Certification Program conducted by the Blue Ocean Institute for the tools and methodology of the Blue Ocean Strategy and earned the title of "Blue Ocean Strategy Certified Consultant". He became one of the few certified trainers of the institution across Europe by joining the Certified Sales Trainer program to which he was invited by Apple Europe in 2012. Murat is also a certified consultant and assessor of Six Seconds, the world's largest emotional intelligence organization and his company Arma is the preferred partner of the same institution in Turkey and the region.
Murat born in 1972, completed the Platform Strategies in Digital Transformation program organized by MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2018. He is a father of two; a 15-year old daughter and a 13-year old son.
