Engin Kuş graduated from Kabataş Erkek High School and then from Istanbul University, Faculty of Science, Physics Department in 2000. During his school years, he started his career at Xerox as a Customer Service Executive. Upon his graduation, he started to work in Siemens Business Services (SBS) Customer Services department.

After taking part in many projects at SBS in the early years of his business life, he left Siemens in 2002 to bring his military service. On his return from military service, he started to work at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in 2003.

Working in different positions in the field of sales, Engin became a specialist in 2006 and Regional Manager for Europe in 2009. During his duty as Regional Manager until December 2013, he was responsible for managing the performance of the team, realizing sales targets, keeping CRM data up-to-date, creating training plans for the team, developing relations with external customers and coaching the team.

During this period, he received many trainings, especially in Situational Leadership, Performance Coaching, Feedback Training, and Management Skills Development Program, and also provided these trainings to the teams he managed.

Engin, who completed the MBA Program at Yeditepe University, joined Arma Eğitim in 2014. He gives training to corporate companies within Arma Eğitim on Sales Techniques and Sales Management, Feedback, Negotiation Skills, Effective Leadership, Training of Trainers, Effective Presentation Skills and Communication Skills.

Born in 1976, Engin has a one-star diving certificate. Engin, a girl's father, who played football professionally in Beşiktaş Sports Club, was closely involved in many branches of sports and is still doing sailing and photography as an amateur.
