Ece Bekler graduated from Sakarya University Public Administration Department, and holds a second degree from the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University.

 

In the first years of her career, she worked in the marketing department of the German company Werner Mertz. She then worked at Anadolubank in retail banking. After a couple of years in banking industry she started working for New Life Yasam Sigorta. In the following 6 years, she worked as a Product Manager in network marketing. Her last experience in the corporate world was Farmasi Kozmetik where she worked as a Product Manager. 

 

Throughout the Product Directorate, she took responsibility in different responsibiilities such as preparing  communication plans and marketing projects and promotional activities, supporting marketing strategies, monitoring competitor activities, planning, preparing and delivering workshops. She also took part in many fairs and congresses in Turkey and abroad.

 

During her work as a Product Manager, she also served as an in-house trainer and delivered marketing and leadership training.

 

Having representing Turkey in international competitions as a national folklorist during high school and college years,  Ece, who is very interested in arts, studied performing arts, drama and diction in the theater department of Mujdat Gezen Art Center. Having a certification as a pilates instructor, Ece -who has a daughter, has been a member of Arma family since 2015.
